In this video, Adam walks through how to purchase Power BI Premium for your organization. This is done within the Office 365 Admin Center and you have to be a Global Admin or a Billing Admin to make the purchase.
Adam talks about what a capacity node is along with how to get additional capacity nodes.
After that purchase is made, you can head over to the Power BI admin portal to configure the capacity node.
